Incoming Inspection
Every component batch inspected against documented specifications before entering production. Non-conforming parts rejected at the gate.

Assembly Verification
Dimensional and mechanical checks during assembly. Winding resistance, bearing seating, and rotor alignment verified at each stage.

100% Electrical Test
Every motor electrically tested under load. KV, resistance, vibration, and current draw measured and recorded against serial number.

Final Inspection & Serialization
Visual inspection, serial number assignment, and test data linked to unit. Full documentation package available on request.

2026 Roadmap: Full EU-Origin Components
We are actively transitioning to fully European-sourced components. Currently, windings, wires, and chemicals are EU-origin. Core components (stator, rotor, body, magnets) are sourced internationally with rigorous incoming QC in Latvia. Full EU-origin production targeted by end of 2026.
